Return Policy:

You have 60 days to return any product unused and in its original packaging for a refund. Keep your purchase receipt so you can return your purchase. Some exceptions apply.

What you will need:

Your payment receipt and unused products in their original, unopened packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. We will refund the money in the same way as the original payment (eg credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card account used for payment).

Purchases that cannot be returned:

• used bed linen (such as bed sheets, quilts, pillows, and pillowcases)
• Stuffed and upholstered products without the original tag
• Fabrics sold by the metre.
• Made-to-measure products (eg custom worktops)
• Products that have been altered, altered or washed
• Products sold as is
• Lotto Home Gift Cards
• Lotto Home reserves the right to refuse to return or change any product at any time, and we may require a photo ID

Mattress Return Policy

It takes some time to get used to your new mattress. So we give you 60 days to make sure it fits you. If you don't find the new mattress suitable, simply return it and choose another mattress*. • You can exchange your mattress once in 60 days if it is not accepted by you, provided it is not soiled, marked or damaged. Simply submit a return request with your purchase receipt and we will help you find one that suits you best.
• Please be aware that the new mattress may seem a bit stiff at first. Allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and the mattress to get used to your body. For the best level of comfort, you also need a suitable pillow. Make sure you get a pillow that fits you and your new mattress.
• If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the price of the original purchase and the price of the replacement mattress of your choice. If the replacement mattress is less expensive, we will credit the difference to a Lotto Home redemption card that you can use on future purchases.
